ComEaty Food and Community Ltd. (the “Company”, “us” or “we“), which provides a food sharing application (the “Application“), is committed to protecting the privacy of the application’s users (“User/s” or “You“). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy“) has been created to inform you about how we manage, collect, store and use the
information you provide to us through the Application and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.
The application enables efficient, fast and up-to-date food sharing between its users. The application allows businesses, farmers, households, etc. (the “cook“) to share and display through the application their foods, which include food products, agricultural produce, stews, pastries, desserts and more (“foods“), and allow users to provide services and foods (“consumers” ) order a variety of foods in the regions, rate the cook, and the foods, place and open navigation software (“the application services“).
Please note that this privacy policy is only limited to information by us through the method of work you do in our application services (whether it is a computer or any computer used to access the application services, including a limitation, a desktop computer, mobile, mobile phone or any electronic device Other). • Registering for the application as a cook: To register to use the services of the application as a cook, you will need to enter your full name, phone number, e-mail address, cook’s name, a short description, a profile picture and an address to pick up the food.
• Creating a cook profile: To display your cook profile for other users of the app, we will collect your full name, the name of your cook, your phone number to contact you and the food collection address.
• Display of food in the application: If you choose to display and share a food in the application, we will allow you to do so immediately when we publish the photo you want to share, the description of the food you shared, your full name, your residential address or an address to pick up the food.
• Contacting: If you are interested in contacting us, you can do so using a contact form in ComEaty web site (www.comeaty.org) and we will collect your full name, e-mail address, phone, subject and content of your reference.
2. How do we use your details?
We use information collected from you as follows:
A. Managing the system and providing the application services: We may use personal information and non-personal information in order to provide you with the application services and in order to manage, support, solve technical problems, protect and improve the services, ensure their proper operation as well as for the purposes of contacting you.
B. Sending messages: We may use the personal information in order to send you messages related to the application services, operation or survey management, as well as for the purpose of providing instructions or help related to the application services and/or your use of the application. Also, we may use your personal information for the purpose of sending a newsletter and updates through internal notifications (in app notification), as well as through external notifications
(Push Notification) regarding the company’s activities. Whenever you make use of the application services, we may use your personal information in order to
complete any necessary relevant action and contact you regarding the services. If so, we use the email address you provided to send you information and
updates regarding your use of the application services, system operation, etc. If at any stage you would prefer to remove yourself from the distribution list,
in order not to receive messages from us, you may do so at any time in accordance with the detailed instructions regarding removal from the distribution
list at the bottom of each message you receive from us.
C. Aggregation of anonymous information: As far as permitted by applicable law, we are allowed to aggregate the various types of data we collect from you with other types of data we collect from you. This collection will be done anonymously and cumulatively and in a way that does not identify you personally, including
through the transfer of hashed information. This anonymous, statistical or aggregated information will only be used to improve our products and services.
If non-personal information is collected for an activity that also requires personal information, we may combine your non-personal information with your
personal information in an attempt to provide you with a better user experience, facilitate the placing of future orders on the application, adjust the content
of the ads and advertisements shown to you on the application, improve the value and quality of the App Services and to analyze how the App Services are
used.
3. Delivery of your personal information
You understand and agree that we may be required to provide personal information if we are required to do so by law or if we believe that such delivery is reasonably
necessary in order to avoid our legal liability, to comply with legal procedures, including, but not limited to, subpoenas, search warrants or house
orders trial, or in order to protect our or a third party’s property and rights, to protect the safety of the public or of any person, or to prevent or
stop an activity that is found to be illegal, unethical or actionable or that is in danger of being so.
As far as the application services are concerned, such as choosing a dish to order or advertising a dish as a cook, we will publish your personal information to other users of the application as part of the application services as well as to various advertisers with whom we work in cooperation and whose products and services are displayed on the application. Except as stated in this privacy policy, the personal information you provide will not be given, rented, borrowed, leased, sold or distributed to third parties (except business partners and/or other parties listed in this privacy policy) and we will not share the personal information about you with third parties for marketing purposes without your permission, except as specified in the terms of this privacy policy.
We may hire companies and individuals who are third parties in order to assist in the performance of the application services (for example, without limitation, maintenance services, database management, and the improvement of the services) or to assist us in analyzing how the application services are used. These third parties or agents may use your personal information only as necessary to perform the services they provide to us and they are required to take reasonable safeguards to protect and keep your personal information confidential.
4. Saving your information
The company stores information collected in connection with the application services on external cloud servers, which provide a high level of information security for
your information. We also take protective measures to protect your personal information. In order to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or transfer, and for the benefit of accurate data management and ensuring adequate use of personal information, we take appropriate physical, electronic and administrative measures in order to keep and protect the information we process. In the event of a negligent transfer, we will take commercially reasonable steps to limit and correct the transfer. However, we cannot guarantee that unapproved third parties will never be able to circumvent these procedures or use personal information for inappropriate purposes. It is your responsibility to protect all passwords and usernames you use to access the Application and to notify us immediately if you know or suspect that the
confidentiality of any password and/or username has been breached. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your password and username
5. Third Party Materials
You may be allowed to access, check, view or use the services, resources, content, information or links of users and third parties, websites or other resources (“Third Party Materials“) through the Application. The third party materials are not under the control of the company and you confirm that you assume sole responsibility and assume all risks arising from entering, using or relying on such third party materials. The company will not bear any liability incurred by you as a result of accessing, using or relying on third party materials through the application. For your information, this privacy policy does not cover the privacy and data protection procedures implemented by those third parties, so we recommend that you read the privacy policy of the third party to which you gain access, before providing personal information.

If you would like to review your personal information that is in our possession, as well as to find out other details related to your information that is in our

Correcting your information
We will retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the App services, or as required to comply with our legal
obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. If you would like us to correct your records in our system as necessary, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page on the website www.comeaty.org and we will try to fulfill your request.
7. Privacy of minors
The company is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we recommend that parents and guardians take an active role in their children’s activities and interests on the Internet. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 and the company does not designate the
application services for children under the said age. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will
take the necessary steps to remove such personal information and close the child’s account. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide us with
any personal information.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version of the policy is the version that governs the use of your personal and
non-personal information. In the event that we, at our sole discretion, decide that updates to the privacy policy constitute a meaningful change, we will notify you of such changes in a notice published through the application.
